Raymond Barczak is the Vice President of Transportation at UPS in the East Region. He is responsible for the Northeastern part of the country, with his division of more than 20,000 employees and 52 facilities handling an average of 7.1 million packages per day. His territory includes densely populated metropolitan areas as New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, and Boston. Barczak has been with UPS for more than 30 years, having joined the company in 1987 as a package handler in Buffalo, New York.
Barczak has been involved in several non-profit and community organizations in New York as a mentor and volunteer. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Ray and his family—wife Melissa and children Drake, Evan, Lauren, and Grant—reside in Orange County, New York.
