Donald Douglas

Donald is currently the Executive Director of the Public Schools Athletic League for the New York City Department of Education. Donald began his 22 year career with the Office of School Food and quickly worked his way up within the system. After working with School Food for five years, Donald accepted the position of Director of the textbook unit within the Bureau of Supplies which oversaw over 10,000 contracts for the Department of Education. After seven years, Donald moved on to work for the PSAL. Five years after joining the PSAL, Donald was appointed Executive Director. Increasing opportunities for student athletes is Donald's core mission for the organization. The PSAL currently has over 200 member schools serving over 32,000 student athletes in 46 sports. Donald is the proud graduate of NYC public schools and though he was not a wrestler by trade, he has developed a fondness for the sport.
