Raymond Barczak

As Vice President of Transportation at UPS in the East Region, Ray Barczak is responsible for the Northeastern part of the country. His division of more than 20,000 employees and 52 facilities handles an average of 7.1 million packages per day. His territory includes such densely populated metropolitan areas as New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, and Boston. Ray has been with UPS for nearly 30 years. He joined the company as a package handler in Buffalo, NY, in 1987.

Ray has been involved in several non-profit and community organizations in the Metro New York area as a mentor and a volunteer.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University. Ray and his family – wife Melissa and children Drake, Evan, Lauren, and Grant – reside in Orange County, New York.
