Reporting to and in partnership with the Senior Director of Operations and Finance and Executive Director, the Director of Development is responsible for leading all of BTSNY’s fundraising initiatives including campaigns, events, donor prospecting and cultivation, solicitations, tracking and reporting donations, grant applications and stewardship activities.
