Brendan Buckley
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Brendan Buckley is the Executive Director of Beat the Streets. He comes to BTS following 19 years working within NCAA DI wrestling, where he served as head coach at both Cal Poly and Columbia University. Under Buckley's leadership, the 2019 BTS Annual Benefit raised a record $1.3 million, selling out the Hulu Theatre at Madison Square Garden.

John Rollins
SR. DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & OPERATIONS
John Rollins is the Senior Director of Finance and Operations at Beat the Streets. Prior to BTS, Rollins served as the first Chief Financial Officer at ECAC Network. Rollins has also served in senior roles with ESPN, the National Football League and the Athletic Department at the University of Hartford.

Penn Gottfried
DIRECTOR OF YOUTH PROGRAMMING
Penn Gottfried oversees K-8th grade programming as the Beat the Streets Director of Youth Director. Gottfried graduated from Columbia University in 2015, competing on the DI wrestling team as a three-year starter and team captain. Originally from Westchester, New York, Gottfried became state champion in 2010 for Ardsley High School.

Barry Hart
HEAD BOYS COACH
Barry Hart serves in the role of Head Boys Coach. Hart is a BTS alumnus who previously assisted the organization as program associate, volunteer coach and office intern. Hart wrestled for George W. Wingate High School in Brooklyn, where he was a two-time PSAL finalist. Hart then went on to attend Niagra County Community College, where he received Academic All-American honors, and Hunter College.
HEAD GIRL'S COACH

Becka Leathers
HEAD GIRLS COACH
Becka Leathers is the Head Girls Coach at Beat the Streets. Leathers is a senior World bronze medalist, as well as a junior World bronze medalist, four-time junior folkstyle national champion, two-time junior national champion and Cadet national champion. An Oklahoma native, Leathers brings high-level technique and competition experience to the organization as it looks to elevate NYC girls wrestling.
FUND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Kerry Doyle
FUND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Kerry Doyle is the Fund Development Manager at Beat the Streets. Doyle began her career at BTS partner organization Up2Us, and most recently served at Brooklyn Community Services. Doyle graduated from Wesleyan University, where she was a two-year scholar athlete and senior captain of the women’s soccer team.

Jessica Kemgne
JUNIOR LEAGUE ASSISTANT COACH
Jessica Kemgne works under Penn Gottfried as the Junior League Assistant Coach. Kemgne is a class of 2021 Beat the Streets program alumna and current freshman at Fordham University studying political science on a pre-law track. While she was with BTS in high school, Kemgne earned All-American status at junior nationals in 2021 and was honored as the BTS Female Mentor of the Year in 2020.

HEAD GIRL'S COACH

Katrin Pokalyukhin
DEVELOPMENT VISTA
Katrin Pokalyukhin works under Kerry Doyle as the Development VISTA. She is a Beat the Streets program alumna who wrestled for Brooklyn Technical High School, where she was a two-time city champion. She was also the first female wrestler at Stevens Institute of Technology. Pokalyukhin is looking forward to giving back to the organization that provided her with many opportunities as a young developing athlete.

Narankhuu Ganbaatar
PROGRAMMING VISTA
Narankhuu Ganbaatar works with the Beat the Streets Junior League and Academy program as the Programming VISTA. Prior to BTS, he coached and taught at Manhattan Youth and P.S. 334 since 2017. The Arlington, Virginia native was a state finalist in wrestling and two-year starter at Hunter College.
