2022 Beat the Streets New York Academy graduates to start college
Eight graduates will continue to wrestle in college, including four at the varsity level.
The third graduating class of the Beat the Streets New York Academy will head to college to continue their Academic careers.
The Academy aims to prepare students for success both on and off the mat. The program provides free-of-cost resources like SAT prep, one-on-one tutoring and Training Center practices. It is open to dedicated to middle school and high school student-athletes across all five New York City boroughs, teaching skills necessary to succeed in wrestling, graduate high school and pursue post-secondary education.
BTSNY's third Academy graduating class features eight individuals who will continue to wrestle in college. Four of them will compete at the varsity level, while four will wrestle for a club team.

Since being founded in 2005, BTSNY has pioneered a movement that now includes 150 individual wrestling programs, a youth league and the first girls high school league.
